  Former FPR Player Heads to Sweden

Fort Pitt Regimentís Patrick Sullivan, heads to Sweden. The Wexford native, plays for 4th division club Grythyttans IF.

In the early going of the Swedish season, Sullivan has played four matches for the Swedish side. The center-back has a yellow card to show for his efforts.

For the Regiment, Sullivan helped anchor the backline in the 2015 season, starting 6 out of his 7 appearances for the club. He also started in the Regimentís First Ever U.S Open Cup appearance against DC Unitedís Reserve Team. In between stints with the Regiment, Sullivan played a season with the Erie Commodores in the NPSL.

Sullivan finished his collegiate soccer career at Slippery Rock University, where his team won the 2015 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship. In 2016, Sullivan was voted Second Team All-PSAC and received Third Team NSCAA All-Region honors. Sullivan finished the 2016 season with one goal. In 2017, Sullivan was again voted Second Team All-PSAC while adding another goal to his name. He finished his collegiate career with two goals and two assists from center back.
